You own your record

Your health record belongs to you. You create it, you add to it, and you decide what happens to it. We hold it so you can reach it from your phone — we do not treat it as ours.

Doctors see it only with your permission

No doctor, nurse or clinic can see your record unless you choose to share it with them. When you share, you decide the level — full access, view only, or time-limited for 30 days.

You can take access away anytime

Access you grant is not permanent. You can revoke it whenever you want, and it stops immediately. You can also see when a doctor viewed your record and who it was.

Never sold

We never sell your data. We never share it with insurers, employers or data brokers. Your record is not advertising material and never will be.

Research is opt-in only

Anonymised health research is off by default. It only ever happens if you choose to turn it on, and you can change your mind at any time. Turning it off stops your data being used in any future research.

Take it with you

You can download your whole record whenever you want, in a form you can keep and share elsewhere. It is yours to carry.

explains and organises your record. It does not diagnose, and it does not give medical advice. Always speak to your doctor.
