My mother's health information was all over the place. A result at one clinic, a letter at another, her medicines in a bag at home. Nobody had the full picture, not even her.
One day a doctor prescribed something new without knowing what she already took. The two medicines reacted, and it could have gone very badly.
That should never come down to luck. So I built : one record, kept by you, that you can show any doctor you choose. It carries her name because she is the reason it exists.
